Prepare the Package
Securely pack your watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
